The best place to start any journey is in prayer. And as we learn in the pages of scripture, our prayers for one another are just as powerful as the ones we offer for ourselves. Alexander Campbell said that “faith and repentance change the state of a man’s heart to God”
In order to make Great Communion Sunday a reality, congregations in every community will have to take the lead. And it is our sincere hope that congregations from all three streams of the movement will gather together on that special day. This is not an anniversary to celebrate in isolation.
